Active Adds Removed for site members. Empty Active Adds Removed for site members.

There have been a few requests to remove the "Active Adds" from the forum pages. While the latest update to the forum doesn't allow for the complete removal of the adds I have limited them to "Guest" logins only. So, if you are a site member, and you log in, you will not longer see the "Active Adds".
